The client is a real estate development and sales company, mainly developing product for the Golden Visa Program.
The Administrative Assistant will provide support on the sales team and assist with the office daily tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact for the clients
- Handle administrative requests and queries from the sales team and the senior management
- Organize & schedule appointments & plan meetings if requested
- Book travel arrangements when necessary
- Help with the communication with the local greek real estate partners
- In rare occasions help with the pick ups from the airport
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Google calendar etc
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English language near native
