Key Account Manager (Heraklion Crete)

 

The company is a global B2B incoming agency which provides services to in-house tour operators and third party clients worldwide. The Greek branches are located in 5 different locations.

Responsibilities:

• Product development and Booking maximization
• Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal management

Skills:

  • proven work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
  • knowledge of the local tourism scene
  • excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • strong analytical and organizational skills
  • monitoring and familiarizing with clients’ source markets
  • vision to understand customers’ needs
  • ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned key accounts
  • disciplined in time management and ability to work under pressure
  • ability in problem-solving
  • proficiency in English and German
  • proficiency in MS Office
