Talent Sourcer (6 months project)

We are looking for a young and passionate HR professional to work with the Talent Acquisition Team of a great IT services company!

As a Talent Sourcer you will need to manage the first stage of the company’s recruitment process:

  • Communicate with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
  • Send recruiting emails
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Maintain candidate databases
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Promote our client’s brand online

Requirements: 

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Human Resources or similar / Postgraduate students in these fields may apply as well
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Greek)
  • A «can do» attitude
  • A quick learner, eager to learn
